Yoga will help you and your kids with posture, balance, strength and overall fitness! All the poses are adaptive to you and your particular child’s needs to ensure everyone enjoys the class to its full!
Flexibility and coordination will improve greatly and maybe most importantly, we will focus on RELAXING at the end of every class.
Yoga is for EVERYONE! Every child or adult can participate regardless of physical fitness/capability. It’s a fantastic form of exercise in a non-competitive environment allowing your children to relax and flourish!
Little brains can be very busy! An integral part of their learning will be to use simple breathing techniques to steady and calm their minds, therefore reducing anxiety and tension.
Also through storytelling, we teach them to be aware of their feelings and to talk about them in order to deal with their emotions.
