A parent/carer is required to stay at our pre school classes but no need to stay at after school classes.
I usually supply all the children’s mats so you won’t need to bring any additional mats, however during COVID restrictions it’s recommended you bring your own.
For the Pre School classes, it’s age 2+ and our After School is from P1 age!
Of course! Some children love it immediately and others can be a little shy. Most children I’m pleased to say end up really enjoying the class and showing off their moves when they get home!
Of course. As long as you detail these on the registration form we will normally always be able to work around it. Of course, if you are in doubt please consult your GP first.
Regardless of age, we always have a small warm up and talk about what we will be doing that day. Sometimes the yoga is based around a story and there’s always a theme! As far as possible we try to include some wellbeing education, for example healthy eating, relaxation techniques and dealing with our emotions. Of course yoga is the main event and depending on class type some arts and crafts at the end. We also always make time for some relaxation and mindfulness.
